If you don't respond immediately, you'll receive a reminder email within the next three days to confirm the preview. If you don't respond after the third reminder, the preview will be considered approved. Therefore, it's important to check your inbox regularly. Once you're happy with the preview or don't respond, your portrait will go into production and arrive at your home shortly.
