What kind of images can I upload?
A: We accept JPG and PNG files. The uploaded image should have a good resolution.
Can I get a preview of my personalized product?
A: After placing your order, you'll receive an email within 3 days with a preview of your Line Art, Heart Line, or Cartoon Art portrait. This preview is free . This allows you to review your design and make any necessary changes. If you don't respond immediately, you'll receive a reminder email within the next three days to confirm the preview. If you don't respond after the third reminder, the preview will be considered approved. So, it's important to check your inbox. Once you're happy with the preview or don't respond, your portrait will go into production and arrive at your home shortly.
What is the difference between Line Art, One Line Art and Heart Line Art at Gramart?
Line art uses clean lines for detailed depictions. One line art creates the motif with a single, continuous line for a minimalist style. Heart line art follows the principle of one line art but focuses on the head and shoulders and incorporates a heart into the drawing, adding a deeply personal touch.
Are the textiles printed or embroidered?
A We print the garments using DTG printing and also offer high-quality embroidery.
What colors and sizes are available?
A: Colors and sizes may vary depending on the product. Please check the product page for available options.
How long will it take for my personalized product to be delivered?
A: Delivery time at Gramart is usually between 5 and 10 business days. For digital line art or cartoon art orders, delivery time is usually 1-3 business days. Longer delivery times are possible during holidays.
Can I return or exchange a personalized product?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized products, as these are made specifically for you. Please ensure you carefully review all the details of your order before submitting it.
What if I am not satisfied with the personalized product I received?
A: We do our best to ensure that all our products are of the highest quality. However, if you are dissatisfied with your personalized product, please contact our customer service. We will do our best to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
Do you only ship within Germany?
A: Yes, currently we only ship within Germany.
What is the line thickness or stroke width on the textiles?
A: The line thickness on textiles is 1.5 mm to 2 mm.
